| Lipkind Quartet Coming to the Cary Arts Center  Lipkind Quartet | Greetings! Mark your calendars for July 30th-August 11th, when we will once again partner with the Town of Cary to present the 2012 Cary Cross Currents Chamber Music Arts Festival. Get ready for 12 concerts, 4 special art events and 6 free open rehearsals. In addition to the Lipkind Quartet, we will have a full program with the Brussels Chamber Orchestra, soloists from the NC Symphony and the NC Opera, special concerts with New Music Raleigh and the Will Scruggs Jazz Fellowship,and six free open rehearsals. Make plans now for a special night on August 10th when you can hear some great jazz with The Art of Cool Project at Page-Walker while enjoying cocktails and hors d?oeuvres, take a trolley ride with the artists to see their newly installed sculptures along Academy Street, go to the Cary Arts Center to hear an evening of arias presented by the NC Opera and the Brussels Chamber Orchestra, then top off the evening with an after hours jazz jam, once again, with the Art of Cool Project.  Side by Side to include quartets and jazz workshop | Side by Side Our intensive workshop program for local high school string students was a great success last summer.
